We are based in Kirkland and routinely work with clients throughout Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, Woodinville, Issaquah and other Eastside communities. We also provide virtual planning for clients across the United States.

Do you work with technology professionals and employees at major companies?

Yes. We work with software engineers, systems engineers, DevOps and other tech professionals, including clients who are employed by major local employers. Our planning addresses equity concentration, RSU timing, career transitions, and related tax-aware coordination.

How do you support business owners preparing for a sale or transition?

We help business owners evaluate valuation drivers, build plans to improve long-term value, coordinate benefit and protection strategies for key employees, and connect owners with vetted CPAs, attorneys, and transaction professionals to prepare for a sale or transition.

Can you work with me if I live outside Washington state?

Yes. While our office is based in Kirkland, we provide virtual planning to clients nationwide and already serve households across multiple states. Local clients receive in-person meetings when appropriate and desired.

What should I bring to an introductory conversation?

Helpful items include recent pay stubs or compensation summaries (equity grant documents if applicable), recent investment account statements, a summary of business financials if you are an owner, and any estate documents (trust, will) you may already have. We can guide you on a tailored document list after an initial call.
